About The Position

As a critical member of an in-house creative and marketing team, the Multimedia Designer develops marketing and instructional video content, realistic 3D imagery of beverage dispense manufacturing equipment, and a variety of visual materials that clearly communicate product value and support sales and marketing initiatives. This role combines on-site filming, post-production editing, and 3D visualization with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and marketing teams. The Multimedia Designer will produce high-quality, brand-consistent assets that help showcase our products, support customer education, and strengthen our overall marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Graphic design experience, preferably supporting B2B, industrial, or manufacturing marketing environments .
  • Experience filming and editing video content; experience working in industrial or manufacturing settings strongly preferred .
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and advanced PowerPoint design capabilities .
  • Strong typographic, layout, and information design skills with experience producing multi-page print materials .
  • Proficiency with DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and on-camera audio equipment .
  • Advanced video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools .
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to translate technical procedures into clear visual steps.
  • Experience creating 3D product visualizations or composited marketing imagery .
  • Proficiency with 3D/compositing tools such as Blender, KeyShot, or similar platforms .
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with engineers, operations teams, and marketing stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience incorporating AI tools into creative workflows , including using generative AI for design ideation, asset production, workflow automation, or developing simple AI agents to improve marketing and content production efficiency.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms for managing campaigns, assets, or marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, storyboard, and script marketing and instructional videos in collaboration with technical, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Film and edit footage into polished marketing videos, product demonstrations, case studies, training modules, and SOP walkthroughs.
  • Prepare multiple deliverables and formats including short-form social clips, website/video platform assets, and internal training packages .
  • Create high-quality composited imagery showing 3D models of equipment in realistic environments .
  • Match lighting, perspective, scale, and materials to integrate 3D models seamlessly into photographic backgrounds or fully CG scenes.
  • Produce presentation-ready visuals and assist with basic animations or turntable renders when needed.
  • Design and produce on-brand PowerPoint presentation assets for sales meetings, executive briefings, trade shows, and training sessions.
  • Create multi-page catalogs, product brochures, spec sheets, manuals, and other support materials with clear hierarchy and accurate technical content.
  • Develop marketing collateral for print and digital channels , including datasheets, flyers, banners, trade show graphics, email assets, and social media graphics.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to gather specifications, photos, CAD exports, and copy while ensuring technical accuracy.
  • Prepare print-ready files , managing bleeds, color profiles, resolution, and vendor specifications.
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards, templates, iconography, and asset libraries to ensure consistency across materials.
  • Assist with website maintenance and enhancements and collaborate with developers when troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordinate with external printers, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
  • Maintain organized project files and asset libraries, including archived footage and version control.
