Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or communications is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong follow-through.
  • A passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.
  • Valid driver's license, insurable driving record, and required vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies within your territory to meet (and exceed!) revenue goals.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust and measurable results.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities while expanding and retaining existing accounts.
  • Create and deliver customized proposals and presentations that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to bring advertising campaigns to life across print and digital platforms.
  • Serve as a community ambassador, connecting with local organizations and helping them share their messages and stories.
