Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (multifamily or real estate strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising
  • Strong communicator who can coach, influence, and present with confidence
  • Highly organized, analytical, and self-directed
  • Comfortable traveling within North Dakota (Minot and Williston)
  • Positive, professional, and driven by results

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing custom, property-level marketing strategies
  • Partnering with Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing Teams to boost leasing performance
  • Analyzing market surveys, pricing, and occupancy trends to support rent growth and specials
  • Improving online reputation and digital presence across listings, reviews, and websites
  • Reviewing leasing calls and coaching teams to improve closing ratios
  • Training and mentoring leasing professionals using GraceHill, webinars, and eLearning tools
  • Managing digital channels including community websites, Craigslist, and social media
  • Conducting on-site audits of leasing activity, Yardi data , and compliance
  • Delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and marketing reports
  • Identifying regional trends and implementing creative, data-driven solutions
  • Traveling regularly between Minot and Williston communities
