About The Position

Hangry Joe’s is growing again, we are looking for a kick ass multi-unit manager. Do you have a strong work ethic, accountability to customers, a positive attitude and professional communication skills? We are looking for a new employee with a guest-first mindset, an unquestioning commitment to brand standards and consistency, and an insatiable ability to lead by example on the floor. Our multi-unit manager role requires a willingness to work peak business hours with an ownership of results. Hangry Joe’s leaders are not desk managers — they are present, visible, and actively involved in operations. You can expect to work 5–6 days per week while being responsible for coverage across the restaurants. We are looking for a manager that can focus on managing peak hours. These hours can vary by day and restaurant, but it is outrageously important to be present during service at one of the restaurants. The main base of operations will be the Greensboro location on Bridford Parkway at Wendover. You will manage the existing managers in High Point NC, Hickory NC, and Lynchburg, VA. Do you have recent Multi-Unit Manager of QSR or Fast Casual experience with truck orders, scheduling, training and development? Are you able to optimize storage, keep products organized, have basic food preparation and cleanliness knowledge? Are you ServeSafe Certified and understand NC Health Department requirements? If so, this may be just the role for you. You will be expected to be highly visible during peak hour and lead shifts......not observe them. You will need to coach in real time....and most importantly hold brand standards consistently. You will set the energy and culture of the restaurant while using attitude over experience. You must be reliable, easily coachable, have insane leadership potential and accountability for results. You may not avoid nights or weekends, lack urgency or ownership or have inconsistent leadership qualities. You will receive a salary between $50,000 – $60,000, be bonus eligible, have a car allowance and receive a full benefits package.
