Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working directly with customers
- Must have own truck or van
- Must have own professional-grade tools
- Strong estimating skills
- Skilled in: Carpentry Drywall Painting Flooring Doors & windows Light plumbing Light electrical
- Experience working in commercial settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commercial handyman or facility maintenance work
Responsibilities
- Travel to residential and commercial job sites to perform maintenance and repair work
- Provide accurate estimates and clearly communicate project scope to clients
- Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and door/window adjustments
- Complete light plumbing and electrical work safely and up to code
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate updates, timelines, and issues with both customers and office staff
