Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience
• Good driving record and access to a van or truck
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Perform residential repairs and maintenance including drywall, carpentry, and tile work
