We are looking for an experienced, reliable Handyman or Craftsperson who takes pride in doing high-quality work and treats customers with respect. Position Details Full-time W2 employment (not a subcontractor role) Field-based work with support from our office team A company vehicle may be available based on performance Must pass a background check and drug screening Work independently while maintaining professionalism and strong communication Common Tasks Include Drywall repair and finishing Interior and exterior painting Flooring installation and repair (vinyl, tile, wood) Light plumbing and electrical (fixtures, caulking, smoke detectors) Door and window repairs Fence and deck maintenance Tile backsplash and bathroom updates Gutter cleaning and siding repairs TV mounting, furniture assembly, and general home improvements You’ll handle everything from small repair lists to multi-day projects. We do not take on large-scale remodels, HVAC, or roofing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in residential handyman or remodeling work
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, professional, and respectful communication
- Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and job tracking
Nice To Haves
- Experience with smart home device installation (TVs, thermostats, cameras)
- Familiarity with pet-friendly or senior-accessible modifications
- Light concrete, masonry, or outdoor work
- Custom carpentry or storage solutions
