Multi-Site Leasing Agent – Property Management
About The Position
NXT Property Management is hiring a full-time Multi-Site Leasing Agent to join our growing team in St. George, Utah! If you're customer-focused, motivated, and excited about helping people find a place they can call home, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting leasing and resident relations. Pay & Benefits We believe in taking care of our team and offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Competitive pay of $15-17/hour, depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses Paid vacation & paid sick leave (full-time) 401(k) with company match (full-time) Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA account In-person, ongoing training Semiannual professional attire stipend What You'll Do Follow up with leasing leads via phone, email, and online platforms Answer questions from prospective and current residents Schedule and conduct apartment tours Assist residents with service requests and work order scheduling Prepare, organize, and maintain resident files and documentation Provide outstanding customer service while supporting a positive community experience What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Positive, professional attitude with a strong desire to succeed Reliable transportation to go between properties Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Availability to work Saturdays as needed 1+ years of multifamily or leasing experience 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience Preferred (Not Required - We'll Train the Right Candidate!) Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Sales experience or familiarity with sales techniques Experience with Entrata or other property management software Understanding of basic financials and budgets Why Work at NXT Property Management?
