About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Multi -Site Property Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of upscale residential and mixed -use communities. This role is ideal for a results -driven professional who takes pride in maintaining exceptional property standards, maximizing occupancy, and driving strong asset performance. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring each community reflects the highest level of quality, efficiency, and resident experience.

Requirements

• Multi -site property management experience preferred
• Experience managing luxury or Class A communities strongly preferred
• Proficiency with property management platforms such as Yardi or OneSite
• Strong background in leasing operations, property performance management, and vendor coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple communities while maintaining high operational standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing operations across multiple communities including approvals, lease execution, and renewals
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord -tenant regulations
• Coordinate maintenance operations and vendor partnerships to maintain Class A property standards
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure curb appeal, safety, and operational excellence
• Manage lease documentation, contracts, and operational reporting
• Maintain accurate records for tenant accounts, rent collections, and service requests
• Partner with marketing and leasing teams to support occupancy and retention goals
• Monitor property performance metrics and implement operational improvements
