The Multi Site Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for greeting and touring prospective residents, guiding applicants through the leasing process, maintaining accurate resident files, communicating lease provisions, collaborating with the Property Manager and maintenance team, supporting operational efficiency through reporting, promoting resident satisfaction, and conducting move-in and move-out inspections across multiple sites.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of property management experience
  • Reliable mode of transportation (valid Drivers License and insurance)
  • Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Property Management software: RealPage

Responsibilities

  • Greet and tour prospective residents while promoting available units and community amenities through online platforms, signage, and outreach efforts.
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process by explaining lease terms, pricing, and application requirements, and assisting with application completion.
  • Maintain accurate resident files, manage and update waitlists, and process recertifications and lease renewals to support retention efforts.
  • Communicate lease provisions and community policies clearly to both prospective and current residents, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality completion of work and resident requests.
  • Support operational efficiency by completing assigned daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Promote resident satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent follow-up.
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
