This role assists with the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of one or more communities. It involves building relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, ensuring satisfaction and success. The manager communicates professionally with tenants regarding property-related issues and addresses and resolves any emergencies. They are expected to meet established company standards related to closing ratio on qualified walk-in traffic and phone to traffic ratio on qualified sales calls. The position also includes placing approved advertising, processing applications, conducting credit checks, and assisting in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance. Further responsibilities include collecting and processing rent payments, distributing appropriate notices for non-payment of rent, reviewing expenses, assisting in the preparation of annual budget requirements, and conducting apartment inspections upon move out. The manager will also walk the property and ready units to ensure quality and cleanliness.
