About The Position

Key Responsibilities: · Generate interest in available units by creatively showcasing community features and benefits. · Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents across multiple communities. · Confidently present value propositions to prospects and close the lease. · Manage the entire leasing process, including applications, screenings, and lease signings. · Partner with property management team members to ensure great curb appeal and resident experience. · Work with leadership team to develop and implement innovative leasing and marketing strategies. · Assist with advertising campaigns, online listings, and social media outreach to drive traffic. · Monitor market trends and competitor activity, bringing forward fresh ideas to maintain a competitive edge. · Provide coverage and consistent leasing service across assigned properties. Qualifications: · 1–3 years of leasing or sales experience preferred. · Proven ability to meet and exceed leasing or sales goals. · Strong sales and closing skills, with a track record of high performance. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. · Creative thinker who can adapt strategies to connect with a wide range of prospects. · Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, RealPage) a plus. · Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance standards a plus. · High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, real estate, or related field preferred. Key Competencies: · Highly motivated and goal-oriented. · Creative and adaptable in approach. · Strong closer with the drive to succeed. · Professional, organized, and detail-oriented. · Persistent and willing to chase down leads. Work Environment: This role requires flexibility and regular travel between communities. Availability on evenings and weekends may be necessary to meet leasing demand. Compensation: $20-$30 Bonus potential for meeting leasing goals.
