About The Position

You will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering financial insight and cost‑control excellence across critical programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst Sr you will be responsible for supporting cost control and analysis, establishing and managing program cost baselines, and turning data into actionable recommendations for program leadership. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Establish and manage program cost baselines and perform Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis for subcontracts and material. Process budgets, sales forecasts, and support proposal pricing activities. Conduct mining and data analysis to identify issues, trends, and present findings to program teams. Interface with program personnel, finance, and Global Supply Chain (GSC) stakeholders to ensure alignment. Provide analytical support for GSC labor and travel inputs and assist with proposal reviews. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience and a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, etc.)
  • Ability to learn computer interface and perform basic business functions including application of cost analysis principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel – Possess the capacity for the development and use of pivot tables, as well as other advanced Excel applications.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Masters in Business Administration or similar.
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver, attention to detail.
  • Working Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.
