About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of multi-unit operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive performance

Requirements

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, FP&A principles, and financial statement analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL and querying large datasets
• Experience maintaining and automating large, complex financial models
• Ability to consolidate and analyze financial data from multiple systems and sources
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Ability to carry out multiple complex projects in an independent manner
• Three or more years’ experience in financial analysis
• Degree in Finance or Accounting Required

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Red Lobster Finance Team to assist in budget and forecast compilations and related financial analysis
• Prepares and coordinates various weekly, monthly and/or year-end analyses and reports as needed
• Monitor performance against estimates and provide variance analysis to inform recommendations.
• Developing and evaluating monthly, annual, and long-range planning financial models to forecast company performance
• Working with advanced business metrics and analytics to optimize analysis and provide predictive insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and support strategic initiatives.
• Numerous ad-hoc analysis as requested to optimize business performance and inform decisions
