About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, install and repair equipment, parts, and systems in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Read and interpret work orders, safety rules, mechanical and electrical drawings, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Working knowledge of Electrical Codes, OSHA and standard industry safety rules/regulations. Perform prescribed Preventative Maintenance according to continuous improvement processes Maintain accurate and complete records, document all work performed appropriately. Assist in maintaining parts and supplies inventory by reporting low supply levels to Supervisor. Maintain accurate daily repair logs and KPIs. Operate grinder, welder and other metalworking tools to fabricate and assemble parts as needed Adhere to continuous improvement and root cause analysis practices Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replace defective parts. Adhere to good housekeeping practices. Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Adhere to good housekeeping practices. Ability to work 2nd shift Problem-solving skills, team oriented and detailed oriented Minimum two years’ of relevant experience and or/ training that includes installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems equipment, HVAC maintenance, or any equivalent skills, and abilities for this position is preferred. Requirements

Ability to read and understand blue prints, schematics, and work instructions
