About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our high-volume production team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Your expertise in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, coupled with your ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues, will be crucial to our success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a multi-craft maintenance technician in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Fanuc robotics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment according to established schedules.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimize production interruptions.
• Utilize strong electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge to resolve equipment issues.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC controls for troubleshooting and programming.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to identify and implement equipment improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
