About The Position

We are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support a production-driven manufacturing operation by maintaining and repairing critical equipment across both mechanical and electrical systems. This is a true multi-craft role where success depends on your ability to troubleshoot effectively, work across disciplines, and keep equipment running safely and reliably. In this role, you will respond to real-time breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and support ongoing reliability across a range of process equipment including mills, mixers, dryers, kilns, and ovens. The focus is on production support, keeping equipment online, minimizing downtime, and solving problems at the root cause level. This environment values hands-on technicians who can think through problems, adapt to new equipment, and take ownership of their work. While the equipment is specialized, strong industrial maintenance fundamentals are the priority, not prior experience with identical systems.
