Job Summary Lead targeted change communications, email campaigns, newsletters, and supplier communications for VMS transitions Develop, update, and maintain VMS documentation including QRGs and role-based job aids Design, deliver, and maintain live and recorded training, office hours, and enablement materials Support UAT, readiness assessments, feedback analysis, and go-live preparation Lead 30-day post-go-live hypercare, track adoption metrics, and resolve stabilization Support data management and readiness activities, including collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate supplier contact data to enable change communications, and supporting system data clean-up efforts in preparation for VMS implementations Work Behavior: Self-starter who shows solid initiative and ability to work independently with little direction while exercising good judgment Curious mind/problem solver that has a desire to improve the world around them and is willing to go the extra mile Ability to work with ambiguous directions and make progress on goals despite ambiguity

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience leading change management for a VMS implementation or optimization
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale MSP, VMS, or enterprise system transformations
  • Strong background in change communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience supporting UAT, go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Self-starter who shows solid initiative and ability to work independently with little direction while exercising good judgment
  • Curious mind/problem solver that has a desire to improve the world around them and is willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to work with ambiguous directions and make progress on goals despite ambiguity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with VNDLY, Fieldglass and/or Beeline preferred
