Learn more at www.pavion.com Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated MSP Technical Support Supervisor to join our security business unit. MSP Technical Support Supervisor will oversee the technical operations of our Managed Service Provider (MSP). The role is responsible for managing all IT tools, reconciliation processes, automation initiatives, workflow optimization, and administrative functions. This role requires a logical thinker with hands-on experience in IT systems, service delivery, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT management, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT tools, systems administration, and automation platforms.
  • Experience with workflow design and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, RMM platforms).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Systems & Platform Administration Manage and maintain all IT tools and platforms used across the MSP environment.
  • Administer user accounts, access controls, and system configurations across various platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance Oversee reconciliation processes for systems, data, and client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all client reports and metrics are delivered each reporting cycle.
  • Automation & Workflow Optimization Design, implement, and monitor automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Develop, document, and optimize workflows to streamline service delivery and internal operations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of IT systems.
