The MRO Technical Sales Lead role drives revenue growth by creating accurate, competitive proposals for aircraft maintenance services across all maintenance locations. You will serve as the central liaison between clients, sales, project management, and maintenance teams to ensure accurate communication and smooth execution from proposal through delivery. MRO Technical Sales Lead role drives opportunity growth by creating accurate, competitive proposals for aircraft maintenance services across our current and planned future maintenance locations. You will serve as the central liaison between clients, sales, project management, and maintenance teams to ensure accurate communication and smooth execution from proposal through delivery. You will report directly to the VP of Maintenance. Where do I work: You are based out facilities in Georgetown SC but you don’t need to live close by. You need to live within the region, within 4 hours' drive of the hangar, but you will be on the road engaging customers and developing opportunities. Growth Potential: We will not limit your growth. This position is the first dedicated sales position for our MRO. You have an opportunity to build a business and a department. As the department grows, so will your opportunity and responsibilities if you choose. If you succeed, we succeed. How much will I make: The base salary starts at $75,000. The base salary and commission/bonus structure will be crafted to the individuals' experience and desired earning upside. We will not limit your earning potential.
