The MRI Imaging Supervisor at MUSC Health Florence Medical Center performs all radiology procedures in accordance with ACR, ARRT, state regulations, and departmental policies, under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director. This role requires highly technical skills to operate sophisticated equipment for examinations and the ability to perform the duties of a registered technologist. The supervisor is also responsible for supervising Ancillary personnel, radiology students, and technologists. The position is expected to dedicate 80% of time to patient services and 20% to supervisory and regulatory tasks, demonstrating expertise in patient care for all patient demographics.
