In this role you will support occupancy through effective planning of move-ins, move-outs, and in-house transfers. Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property. Support marketing team by assisting with tours, responding to telephone inquiries, hosting functions, and community outreach as needed. Assist in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports. Coordinate the refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins. Communicate incoming residents’ special needs or requirements to the appropriate channels.
