About The Position

As a Move Consultant, you’ll play a direct role in helping families plan one of the most important transitions in their lives. This is a performance-driven sales role with real earning potential and long-term growth. If you’re currently in service or hospitality and looking to transition into a structured office environment with strong earning potential, this is a great fit. Many of our top agents come from restaurants, retail, leasing, and other customer-facing roles where communication, multitasking, and energy matter. As a Move Consultant, you’re on the front lines — speaking with real customers, booking moves, and guiding them through decisions with confidence and clarity. You’ll sharpen your communication skills, learn how to listen for what people actually need, and see how different departments work together behind the scenes to deliver a seamless experience. If you’re good with people and quick on your feet, this role gives you real-world sales experience you can use anywhere. Think of it as learning how to turn conversations into solutions.

Requirements

Have experience in customer service, hospitality, leasing, retail, or sales
Enjoy talking to people and aren’t afraid to ask for the sale
Are motivated by goals, performance metrics, and earning potential
Thrive in a structured, high-energy environment
Learn quickly, adapt easily, and manage multiple conversations at once

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Speak with inbound and outbound customers to understand their needs and confidently book services
Build trust quickly and guide customers through decisions with clarity and empathy
Use our internal database to manage leads, track conversations, send follow-ups, and present add-on solutions via phone, text, and email
Hit (and exceed) performance metrics
Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching
