Mountain Operations Admin General Purpose: This is a critical hybrid role, responsible for the administration, organization, and efficiency of data and processes for the mountain operations division (approx. 50%) while also serving as a key support partner to the General Manager (approx. 50%). Working directly for and closely with the Director of Mountain Operations, this position aids in the scheduling, recording, and maintaining of records for all Mountain Operations purviews. This position also provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager, managing scheduling, communications, and task prioritization to enhance the effectiveness of the executive office. This position collaborates daily with Mountain Operations Department Managers and must be able to manage sensitive information and shifting priorities with the utmost professionalism.
