Position Summary: Operations and Grounds crew members also work part-time as Challenge Course Facilitators. Crew members are expected to be self-motivated, use common sense, and safely operate tools and equipment. The role involves moderate to heavy lifting and requires the ability to work in all weather conditions. The diverse and essential responsibilities of the Operations and Grounds Crew ensure that the campus remains well-maintained and operational across all areas. On the challenge course, facilitators work with a wide variety of groups leading team building initiatives, and low and high element experiences. Strong interpersonal abilities, time management, problem-solving, attention to details and safety, sound decision-making and technical skills are essential for the position. Experience with rope systems, climbing gear, belaying, group management, and public speaking are preferred. The ability to work independently and cooperatively is critical. Live and work in a beautiful mountain valley for the summer and/or fall season at the CSU Mountain Campus in Bellvue, CO.
