We’re hiring to expand our Landscaping Team (Golf Course Maintenance). This is a hands-on role supporting the beauty and playability of our golf course and club grounds — perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, nature, and being part of a hardworking team. Whether you’re a student looking for an active summer job or someone with landscaping experience seeking seasonal work, this is an opportunity to work in a unique island environment while building valuable skills. Working under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, you’ll help maintain the golf course and surrounding club properties, including: Maintaining turfgrass, landscaped areas, and facility grounds Mowing, trimming, blowing, and general landscape upkeep Raking bunkers and maintaining sanded areas Pruning trees, shrubs, and maintaining plant health Watering, fertilizing, and caring for flowers and native grasses Keeping club grounds clean and free of debris Assisting with irrigation repairs and maintenance Operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely Supporting special projects around the Club as needed Your work directly contributes to the appearance and quality of the entire member experience. This is a fully outdoor role requiring work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, and seasonal changes. The position involves standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods.
