The Lead Coach is responsible for the development of the mountain bike program, staying up to date with industry standards and trends, as a coach and rider, from the recreational level to the expert competitor. This position trains coaches to ensure up to date progressions are delivered, centered around camper safety, and includes trail etiquette and rider responsibility. The Lead Coach implements appropriate games, challenges, and activities throughout the week that drive campers’ skill development through goal setting with measurable outcomes. This position requires oversight and management of all equipment, features, parks, and cleanliness in the Woodward Bunker facility and outdoor/on hill zones. What's in it for you?
