About The Position

We're looking for a Mortgage Title Closing Agent to join our client's team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and accurate processing of loan files after closing. Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM Salary: $35,000 - $40,000

Requirements

Must have 2 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in mortgage, banking, or title industry preferred.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional mortgage/title training a plus.

Responsibilities

Review closed loan packages for accuracy and completeness.
Verify that all required documents are signed, notarized, and properly recorded.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines.
Prepare and deliver final loan packages to lenders, investors, or agencies.
Track and resolve any post-closing deficiencies or corrections.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and internal staff to resolve outstanding issues.
Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving loan documents.
