About The Position

CGI has an immediate need for a Mortgage Servicing Product Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest customers. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!. This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA or Plano, TX. A hybrid working model is acceptable. We are seeking a highly analytical Mortgage Servicing Product Analyst to support the evolution of our mortgage servicing platform. This role plays a critical part in translating complex business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mortgage servicing operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams. In this position, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and servicing stakeholders to analyze current processes, define business rules, and support enhancements that ensure compliance with industry regulations and alignment with customer needs. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, product analysis, business analysis, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing concepts, workflows, and lifecycle events
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights
  • Experience defining, documenting, and maintaining business rules and functional requirements
  • Hands-on experience translating business needs into user stories and functional documentation
  • Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and SQL
  • Experience using product and delivery tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to varied audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Relevant certifications (i.e., CSPO, CBAP) are preferred but not required
