Summary: Manage a variety of job duties which includes partial release requests, subordination requests, funds held at closing, deceased accounts, returned mortgage statements to meet regulatory requirements. Daily processing of denied loans in Encompass. Back up and assist as needed all other servicing duties. Respond to member issues as needed. Identify and manage risks within the department.

Texas Home Improvement post-closing maintenance
Review and manage requests for Partial Release
Review and manage requests for Subordination
Daily monitor Encompass for denied loans, print/mail notices within regulatory timeframe
Review/Audit modifications
Post-closing functions for FHA, VA, USDA
Mortgage Servicing Assistant/Coordinator (taxes, hazard, flood, PMI, and force placed insurance)
Mortgage vault responsibilities
Paid loans and release deeds
Post Funding Coordinator
Mortgage auditing
Deceased Member accounts - verify information and swap roles as needed
