Requirements

Must have an active NMLS license.
Must be comfortable with working on-site in Southfield, MI 48033.
2-3 years of experience originating loans.
2-3 years of sales leadership, telemarketing management, or call center supervision.
Experience coaching or training sales teams (mortgage experience required).
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable coaching.
Comfortable leading a team in a high-activity environment.
Organized, proactive, and passionate about developing people.
