The Opportunity: We are seeking a Mortgage Processing Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry level role that will provide support for various functions required within the Mortgage Operations Department.

Requirements

High school diploma, or equivalent.
Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to initiate and embrace change.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform third-party orders such as appraisals, title reports and other verification documents.
Monitor orders for timely receipt.
Review documentation received from third parties for accuracy and completeness.
Upload documentation received into the Loan Origination system as necessary.
Process department invoices to obtain payment authorization.
Assist with departmental tasks as assigned.
