The Opportunity: We are seeking a Mortgage Processing Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry level role that will provide support for various functions required within the Mortgage Operations Department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to initiate and embrace change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform third-party orders such as appraisals, title reports and other verification documents.
  • Monitor orders for timely receipt.
  • Review documentation received from third parties for accuracy and completeness.
  • Upload documentation received into the Loan Origination system as necessary.
  • Process department invoices to obtain payment authorization.
  • Assist with departmental tasks as assigned.
