Requirements

• Experience in title or mortgage industry preferred.
• Basic mortgage knowledge helpful, including experience with Partners Credit and Verification Solutions, but will train if necessary.
• Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, managing multiple, changing priorities.
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 + years of administrative skills
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, up to 8+ hours in a shift, including visual acuity to work on two computer monitors and hand movement to use keyboard for typing and mouse for system navigation
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Frequently exposed to noise and a regular flow of people around the office

Responsibilities

• Reviews files when received and completes all predetermined order outs.
• Update LOS processing log when the orders are placed and received.
• Verify all documents from completed orders are uploaded and indexed appropriately, and not the PA notes section accordingly.
• Validate all required documents from orders are present with all pertinent information.
• Ensure all processor requests are ordered within 24 hours.
• Follow up on placed orders to ensure receipt in a timely manner.
• Remain compliant with federal and state laws and regulations relating to consumer lending.
