About The Position

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor. The candidate must possess excellent member service skills with attention to detail. Previous mortgage servicing experience is preferred. The candidate will be scheduled for a 40-hour work week and must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. Nice To Haves

Previous mortgage servicing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent member service when fielding servicing calls from employees and members
Complete the boarding process for new, renewed and modified mortgage loans
Perform all aspects of servicing functionalities after the loan has closed, including;
Payment research
Quote and process mortgage payoffs
Research and resolve loan issues to conclusion
Assist with accuracy review of input to computer loan system
Assist as needed for loan sale transactions
Work collaboratively with accounting for all accounting reconciliations
Process and correct mortgage transactions in the servicing software
