Requirements
- Experience 2–5 years of related mortgage experience.
- Ability to analyze financial information.
- Experience with mortgage POS/LOS systems.
- Strong digital literacy.
- Associate degree or equivalent training.
- NMLS registration required and must be active.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem‑solving.
- Ability to work with members, staff, and vendors effectively.
