Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two plus years’ experience in loan servicing and compliance preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for liaising with lenders and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Upload complete loan files requested for audit in the required order for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, all MI companies, and Plains Capital Bank (WA)
- Manage missing document requests by initiating inquiries with lenders, following up diligently, and ensuring all documents are uploaded
- Maintain organized records of all uploads and correspondence related to audit requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified
- Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and deadlines for loan documentation submissions
- Other job duties as assigned
