This role can be based anywhere in the state, with a preference for candidates who live within 30 miles of a First Service Bank branch. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of mortgage loans
• One year or more of experience in administrative support activities
• Great math skills
• Proficient computer skills, (including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient communicator
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, & meet deadlines simultaneously
• Sound judgment and ability to solve problems

Nice To Haves

• Encompass Loan Origination experience
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and RD loans

Responsibilities

• Gather and verify all documentation like a pro
• Ensure each loan meets guidelines for Fannie Mae and other secondary market programs
• Coordinate with underwriting to clear conditions
• Work closely with loan officers, borrowers, and third parties to keep everyone informed and on track
• Keep deadlines in check — lock expirations and closing dates don’t scare you
• Help create a smooth, positive, and efficient mortgage experience for every customer
