Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of Fannie and Freddie guidelines
- Strong ability to calculate income and run LP and DU
Responsibilities
- Gather initial documentation to fully pre-qualify a borrower based on their portfolio
- Make program and product recommendations for what best fits their needs
- Gather initial documentation from the borrower
- Structure the loan and send out a needs list of additional documentation needed
- Confidently provide an accurate pre-approval to the borrower
- Problem-solve ways to make a file work and structure it accordingly
