The Mortgage Loan Opener’s primary function is to support the Processor by ordering required documentation to ensure the loan is ready when transferred to a Processor. The role is to ensure a smooth start and member experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm In this position, you will Order an appraisal adhering to specific procedures, considering the loan and property type, and include essential documents (ie.Agreement of Sale). Ensure to update the system fields accordingly. • Order a flood certificate and adjust the system fields based on the received response • Request title work from the chosen Settlement Agent, following established procedures and the client's selection, whether verbal or written, along with the Agreement of Sale. Update the system fields with the necessary information. • Carefully examine loan files received from originators to verify for accuracy, then proceed to dispatch the initial documentation to the borrowers.• • Other duties as assigned.
