Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
  • Proven ability to generate business and close loans
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with portfolio development, servicing, and collections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Ability to learn loan origination and servicing platforms quickly
  • Strong organization and pipeline management skills
  • Results-driven with a collaborative team approach

Responsibilities

  • Originate and close real estate and consumer loans
  • Proactively develop new business channels and referral sources
  • Build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio
  • Service and collect loans professionally and consistently
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle
