This role is for a Loan Originator who likes to win, has persuasive skills, and is motivated by exceeding sales targets. No prior mortgage industry experience is required as AmeriSave provides a hands-on PAID training program called IGNITE, designed to enhance skills and teach the business from a highly successful training and management team. After the training, you will join talented mortgage professionals.

Requirements

• Experience selling and/or engaged in a service-oriented environment
• Self-directed, motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Competitive, energetic and positive attitude
• Detail oriented and demonstrate excellent decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include persuasive, selling skills
• High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
• Availability for 2 late shifts per week (between Monday - Thursday) which will have a later start time and run until 12am EST/9pm PST)
• Remote work applicants may not work from California
