Overview This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Kennedy Boulevard location in Lakewood, NJ. The Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant supports one or more Mortgage Loan Officers by managing administrative tasks and client communication to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process. The MLOA helps gather, organize, and review documentation, and communicates with customers, internal employees, and external contacts. The role is key in delivering an excellent customer experience and helping ensure timely loan closings. Mortgage Loan Officer Assistants perform key functions to ensure client needs are met. MLOAs assist with prequalification, document gathering, structuring loans, and using technology to ensure a smooth customer experience.
