Requirements

Familiarity with multiple state customs and loan types
Strong analytical skills; ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure document accuracy
Comfortable multitasking and switching between files and tasks
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Quick learner with LOS systems
Excellent internal and external communication skills
Knowledge of TRID rules and regulations is required
Strong willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Experience with ComplianceEase is a plus
Knowledge of loan processes is a plus

Responsibilities

Review upcoming loans to ensure all conditions are met, and requirements are complete
Finalize closing costs across multiple states and loan programs
Generate initial disclosure packages and LEs
Ensure all state-required documents are sent to closing
Maintain open communication with internal and external parties
Think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
