About The Position

TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Mortgage Closer opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola area!
Position Description:
To close first mortgage loans in accordance with applicable federal/state laws as well as the credit unions' policies and procedures. Prepare mortgage packages for delivery to settlement companies for purposes of closing on conventional, Veteran's Administration (VA) and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage products. To coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Prior banking or experience working in real estate or for a financial institution is preferred
• 2-3 years of recent strong administrative work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be open to both shifts, you will not be given your shift until after training
