Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan closing and funding
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Strong customer service and time management skills a must
- Must be detail oriented
- Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare loan closing documents within Reverse Vision and Quantum systems
- Audit for current RESPA, TILA, GFE and HUD1 guidelines
- Audit final executed closing documents for accuracy and completion
- Audit and approve final HUD1
- Calculate and request wire transfer from warehouse line to Settlement agents
- Utilize FHA Connection to update loan data as needed
- Complete required checklists and worksheets
