Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan closing and funding
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
  • Strong customer service and time management skills a must
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare loan closing documents within Reverse Vision and Quantum systems
  • Audit for current RESPA, TILA, GFE and HUD1 guidelines
  • Audit final executed closing documents for accuracy and completion
  • Audit and approve final HUD1
  • Calculate and request wire transfer from warehouse line to Settlement agents
  • Utilize FHA Connection to update loan data as needed
  • Complete required checklists and worksheets
