About The Position

Customer Experience Specialist I (Onsite) Entry‑level role supporting Consumer Direct Lending. Acts as the primary contact helping consumers through the loan origination process and supports efficient workflows across the Mortgage Fulfillment team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound consumer calls and high‑volume inquiries.
  • Manage a loan pipeline and complete routine data entry.
  • Communicate via calls, emails, and chats with consumers, employees, and authorized third parties.
