🕒 Schedule & Training
Training: Onsite, starting at 9:00 AM EST
Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
Shifts: Monday–Friday, onsite 8.5‑hour schedules

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills (phone + email)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
• Positive, professional, and people‑focused attitude
• Eager to learn, grow, and pursue advancement

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding one‑call resolution for client inquiries
• Handle incoming calls regarding policy questions, updates, and changes
• Assist with cancellation saves and autopay setup
• Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and inbound lead entries
• Follow up on pending items to ensure full resolution
• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to team goals
