About The Position

Supervises all cage and poker cashiers in the money room department. Coaches and develops current cage and poker cashiers to ensure all customers receive outstanding and quick customer service. Trains new cashiers regarding rules and procedures. Works with the money room to ensure cage and poker cashiers receive and provide accurate banks. Handles all customer disputes not resolved at the cashier level to ensure unparalleled customer service. Issues discipline as necessary. Ensures compliance with State of Florida gaming laws. Provides excellent customer service to Casino guests by answering questions and other general inquiries. Advises Money Room Cashier Managers of any high level customer service issues. Is held accountable for accuracy and thoroughness to ensure accurate departmental records and reports. Assists with scheduling All other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Must have at least 3+ years of previous customer service experience with at least 1 of those years at a supervisory level.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
  • Must be able to lead by example.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
  • Must have keen attention to detail.
  • Must have strong team work skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous gaming experience is preferred.
