About The Position

Assists Dining Manager with interviewing and coaching of front of house staff. Attends pre-meal meetings and conducts ongoing staff training. Ensures dining room operations are running smoothly. Makes adjustments to resolve operating challenges. Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests made.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a supervisor within healthcare operations.
  • Maryland State Food Handlers Certificate or willing to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
