Join us and connect your career to the future. The Molding Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead and advance our molding operations. The successful candidate will oversee Vertical Arburg (14–28 ton) and Horizontal Milacron (33–110 ton) machines, driving automation, process optimization, and team development to achieve world-class manufacturing performance.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years in injection molding; connector or precision-component experience preferred.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and mold flow analysis software.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and automation experience.
• Ability to serve as the lead technical expert in molding issues.
• Proficiency in programming and operating Arburg and Milacron injection molding machines.
• Deep understanding of high-precision molding and materials like LCP.
• Experience implementing automation, reprocessing, and tooling optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of process engineering methodologies, including Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and management teams.
• Ability to balance immediate impact with long-term development; open to training opportunities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor process and stamping engineers in high-precision molding operations.
• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Arburg and Milacron molding equipment.
• Implement scientific molding, automation, and material reprocessing to reduce waste.
• Oversee tooling and equipment sourcing to meet cost, technology, and lead-time goals.
• Ensure tight-tolerance production (±0.001” typical, ±0.0005” critical).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturability and quality.
